1. Quality
Our storage boxes are luxury goods. For that reason they get all the attention during our manufacturing process they earn. We invest plenty of time to carefully select suitable base materials. For your box only the most noble materials are selected in order to satisfy your high demands.
2. Delivery
Boxes are delivered in a carton via postal mail. Costs are to be paid by the customer.
Normal shipping period is 5-10 days.
3. Can I have my box gift wrapped?
We are well aware that our precious storage box is a perfect gift for dear friends, acquaintances and business partners. That is why we offer you the service of a gift wrapped delivery. Please understand that a price adder is therefore necessary.
4. Do I have to pay customs duty for my box?
Within the EU the purchase of goods is customs free.
Outside the EU a customs duty might be collected depending on the local national regulations. Please check with your national customs organization for more details. Customs duty is to be paid by the client.
5. Price
Price includes 20% VAT.
6. Liability
Every box is carefully checked on flawless quality before customer delivery. However, in the very improbable case of reception of a damaged box, we will replace it. To do so, we kindly ask you to return us the damaged box. You will receive a new one soon afterwards.
We kindly ask you to check the received storage box immediately upon reception (within 3 days), as later complaints cannot be accounted for.
