For business transactions between S&R Group KG (incl. the brand Laraud et Fils), named “Laraud et Fils” hereafter, and the customer only these terms and conditions apply.

All payments must be made by credit card, paypal or advance bank transfer. Please do not send your credit card details to us via e-mail, this is not secure.
Credit card details are processed by a secure encrypted third party processor (PayPal), guaranteeing security and convenience. 
Customers must provide a daytime telephone number.  We log all originating information on online orders.  We do not add surcharges to credit or debit cards.  We reserve the right to decline orders as necessary due to credit card fraud.

We will arrange shipping within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment information. Indicated shipping times are approximate and an estimation. If the goods have left Laraud et Fils’s care and they are delayed, Laraud et Fils will cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering the item. We are not responsible for any customs and duty charges from cross-border shipping.

All orders include Austrian VAT.

Faulty or Damaged Goods - If the goods are faulty or different to the ones ordered you have to send written objection to Laraud et Fils within 3 working days, otherwise we cannot accept your complaint. You need then to return the goods within 10 working days in the original, undamaged packaging. We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by special delivery (which has to be signed for) when returning goods.  Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We will inspect all returns, and it is at the management’s discretion to fix or replace and returns as appropriate.
The cost of return is to be met by the customer.  In the case of a replacement, this will be carried out within 10 working days where there are sufficient stocks to do so.  Goods should not be returned unless we have given a returns authorisation.  Always contact us before returning goods.  Please return all goods with the original invoice - this allows us to deal promptly with your returned items.

Personal details are collected during the ordering process.  Any information given during the ordering process are held by Laraud et Fils for purposes or processing your order only.  These details will only be used for this and not be passed to any third parties. We may occasionally send out mailings relating to our products.  You will not receive any mailings from us unless you have authorised us to do so, by making a selection on the check box when entering your customer details within the order process.  Laraud et Fils do not hold or have access to your credit card details.  Credit Card details are held by PayPal for billing purposes relating to your order only.
